You should sign up and get free Partner ID and License Key from Weather.com.

    Your city code - check your city at http://xoap.weather.com/search/search?where=myCity
  • $unit = "m";
    You can change units from Metric "m" to Standard "s"
  • $dayf = "10";
    Number of days to forecast
